Today we have, rather, a selection of not new announcements, but debut videos for mobile (and not only) projects. Actually, we meet: Need for Speed: No Limits, Game of Thrones, Exiles: Far Colony and Warhammer 40K Armageddon.
Need for Speed: No Limits
Electronics announced another “Thirst for Speed” for mobile devices. The developers of Real Racing 3 from Firemonkeys make it. It will be released next year.
Game of Thrones
Telltale Games has pleased with the gameplay video of its new project based on the film adaptation of the book series “A Song of Ice and Fire”. In general, without frills. Developers continue to exploit their old technology.
Exiles: Far Colony
Crescent Moon Games is finally ready to launch “for gold” (but still not) its long-term Exiles: Far Colony. This is a large-scale role-playing open-world shooter. The project, apparently, is made on the Ravensword: Shadowlands engine, which was successfully released in early 2012 just in the wake of the success of Skyrim. Exiles, in turn, comes out on the back of Destiny’s success. Successfully.
Warhammer 40K Armageddon
Warhammer does not happen much. Slitherine, the authors of the strong Battle Academy 2: Eastern Front presented a trailer for the classic (that is, quite classic, in the spirit of Panzer General and, in principle, not much different from it graphically) wargame Warhammer 40K Armageddon. The most impatient will be able to buy the game on Steam next week, but iPad owners will have to wait until next year.
