He will invite Russian developers from leading IT companies to join it. The latter, according to him, are large taxpayers and are aware of the problems on the ground.

The organizing committee of the party, in addition to Makarov, will include Director of the Eurasian Communication Center Alexey Pilko, CEO of Unwired Devices Oleg Artamonov, ex-producer of LiveJournal Timofey Shevyakov and deputy head of the legal department of Yandex.Money” Boris Chigidin.

The founding congress of the new organization will be held on March 5. It is expected that this year the “Party of Direct Democracy” will nominate its candidates in regional elections. Makarov has been working in the Belarusian Wargaming for more than 10 years. This company, as stated by the source of the publication, sponsors patriotic projects in Russia and Belarus, and also has influence in areas far removed from IT.
