Apple has named the date of the iPhone SE presentation, Electronic Arts has made a KKI of Plants vs. Zombies, and Sony shamelessly hunts Lionhead Studios employees.
1. The presentation of the iPhone SE (from special edition – “special edition”) and the new iPad will be held on March 21. This became known from the invitations that Apple sent to the media. The event will be held at the company’s headquarters at 1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino, California. A hint of this is contained in the invitation, where it says Let us loop you in (or “Let us catch you in a loop”).
2. EA launches KKI based on Plants vs. Zombies. In terms of gameplay, the project repeats Heartstone. The game is still in a trial run. It is known about the global release that it “will take place soon”. Representatives of the company have not yet given more precise dates.
3. The other day Microsoft announced that Lionhead Studios may be disbanded. While the issue of employment of the authors of Fable and Black and White hung in the air, Sony took advantage of the situation. On Twitter, representatives of the company directly stated that they would organize a special job fair in Guildford, the city where Lionhead Studios is based. And they invited the studio staff to “come in for a drink and a chat.” Microsoft has not yet commented on the situation.
We’re having a #Recruitment Event in Guildford for everyone at #LionheadStudios on Monday, please come along for a drink and a chat…1/2
