On October 1st, the WN x LEVEL UP Summit will take place in Kuala Lumpur. This intimate event is designed to bring together top executives from international gaming companies and representatives of the local industry.

The event is supported by Southeast Asia's largest game developers conference, LEVEL UP KL, which will run in Malaysia's capital from October 1st to 3rd. Notably, the conference is held under the auspices of the country's Ministry of Digital Technology.

The summit will be held at the modern Connexion Conference & Event Centre (CCEC), located in the southwest of Kuala Lumpur. The event will last for six hours, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM local time (GMT+8).

The focus of the WN x LEVEL UP Summit will be on networking. “The event is designed to introduce key industry participants from around the world to local gaming companies,” the summit organizers emphasize.

The event will also feature a lecture component. Representatives from companies such as Niko Partners, Meta*, Forest Interactive, and Larian Studios will deliver speeches. Additionally, several round-table discussions are planned.

The summit organizers expect more than 300 participants in total. However, only 112 tickets will be free. Other attendees of the WN x LEVEL UP Summit will have to pay an entry fee of 100 euros.

Event guests will gain access to the WN Hub platform. There, they can not only view the full list of summit participants but also connect with each of them. The hub will be operational from September 17th to October 15th.

This is WN Media Group’s first event in Malaysia. The company last held a summit this summer in China during ChinaJoy. At that time, it gathered over 400 participants from companies such as Bandai Namco, BiLiBiLi, ByteDance, iDreamSky, miHoYo, Outfit7, Scopely, and Tencent Games.

*Meta is recognized as an extremist organization in Russia, and its activities are banned in the country.
