The next WN Connect will be held in Beijing this Wednesday. It will bring together representatives of NetEase, KingSoft, Xiaomi, Unity, Lilith Games and other companies operating in China.

In addition to them , special guests will perform:

  • Fei Mu is the founder of the Beijing studio RocketPunch Games, which released a two—dimensional platformer Hardcore Mecha;
  • Munan Lv is the founder and CEO of Crossingstar Studio, specializing in creating card battles and visual novels (the studio has received investments from Tencent twice).

In total, from 100 to 150 participants are expected, most of whom are representatives of the local industry.

The event will take place in Cafe Groove (this is in the elite Sanlitun district). The official part of the program will be held from 18.30 to 21.30 Chinese Standard Time (GMT+8).

You can get to the event in person only by invitation. You can request it at this link. The ticket is given only to representatives of the industry (yes, it is important, each company has no more than three).

It will also be possible to meet and communicate with the participants of the event online on the WN Hub platform. However, this is an exclusively commercial option. An online ticket will cost $199.

Recall that WN Connect is a chamber event designed for 100-150 people and dedicated to the local industry. At them, the participants of the local game show in a calm atmosphere over a glass of wine share their experiences and discuss the news.

The closest analogue is the pre—party to the WN Conference. In other words, these are meetings of industry representatives in a restaurant or bar, where they can make new acquaintances and strengthen old ones at a convenient pace.

WN Connect Beijing’23 is the third WN Connect held in China. Previously, two similar events were held in Shenzhen. The last one was held in April and gathered 150 guests from 119 companies, including Tencent and Roblox.
