On October 16-17, the White Nights gaming conference will be held in Moscow. It will host an exhibition of developers. The organizers are waiting for applications for participation from teams whose projects are in beta and above.
However, as representatives of White Nights note, if the project has a stable playable alpha, then it can also get to the exhibition. The main thing is, do not forget to give a link to the video and build in the application, otherwise the project will not even be considered.
Participation in the exhibition is traditionally free. The organizers allocate each team a separate stand with lighting and sockets, as well as a couple of chairs, a table and print the name of the studio for the stand.

If the team is working on a VR game, then it is provided with a larger stand.
You can safely place all the required equipment on it. A large TV panel and a powerful computer will fit, and there will be room for a couple of players in helmets.
The organizers expect that developers will not only show games at the stands, but also hold meetings with other participants of the conference: investors, publishers, as well as, of course, with representatives of platforms.
After the project is selected to participate in the exhibition, the team will also need to buy at least one ticket to the conference itself. Participants of the exhibition are given a 15% discount. Recall that ticket prices start from €150.
