Results of the first conference for HR specialists — Talents In Games: HR Conference

A few numbers

The conference lasted a day and went in one stream. It was attended by HR specialists and heads of leading gaming companies on the market: 101XP, Banzai Games, Larian Studios, MyTona, Game Insight, Playrix, Belka Games, Awem Games, Wargaming, Playkot, Frag Lab, MarHR, Creative Mobile, Nevosoft, as well as a representative of Alena Vladimirskaya’s Career Laboratory.

The audience included representatives of several dozen gaming companies from Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Estonia, Belarus, as well as the United States, Cyprus, Spain, and the Czech Republic. One speaker was even from Mexico.

The event was closed and paid: the event was niche, the dialogue within the framework of the speeches was exclusively between HR specialists, and the speakers shared cases and valuable information on internal processes.

Themes

The conference participants raised such topics as:

• building an HR brand;
• issues of adaptation of new employees;
• selection of specialists for the project;
• building internal learning;
• grading specialists in the gaming industry;
• working with SMM when searching for employees;
• working with corporate culture.
