WN Academy and WN Talents have announced the online event "One Step Ahead: HR Strategies for 2025." This conference aims to shed light on the job market in the gaming industry and address the challenges faced by companies in the human resources sector.
Accordingly, it is primarily aimed at those involved in hiring and working with employees of game studios. As noted on the event's website, "our conference is designed for those who want to prepare in advance for the challenges and opportunities in the HR field next year."
The event will take place in a single stream from 11:00 to 16:00 MSK. It will feature five sessions — three major (each lasting 40 minutes) lectures, a case study, and a round table discussion. Let's delve into each:

- Lecture "Traditional and New Methods of Employee Retention" — Magdalena Stryevski, Project Manager at WN Academy, previously served as HRD at WN Media Group;
- Round Table "The New Reality: How Company-Employee Relationships Have Changed, and What to Do About It in 2025" — Taisiya Filimonova, Head of Recruitment at Crazy Panda, Olga Abashova, VP of People Operations at G5 Entertainment AB, Vladimir Pranov, HRD at Elephant Games.
