Free analytical platform Mail.ru Group has launched a new feature within its predictive functionality. It is claimed that it can calculate the future LTV of an application with 90% accuracy.
According to the developers, the platform is ready to make such a high forecast on the 30th, 60th, 90th and even 180th day after installing the application.
The forecast concerns only LTV (you can read about what LTV is at the link) applications with micropayments. As far as we can understand from the press release, there is no talk about an advertising LTV yet.
Data on total revenue from users can be grouped by traffic source (by advertising channels) and by individual advertising channels conducted.
Interface of the new myTracker functionality
According to Dmitry Krutitsky, myTracker Development director, the new functionality of the platform “will allow you to assess the potential of an advertising campaign immediately after launch and, consequently, save the marketing budget.”
Predictive analytics within myTracker was announced back in April 2017. At the same time, it was reported that the system would be able to predict LTV. Apparently, the integration of the functionality took longer than planned.
myTracker is a free analytical tool whose monetization is based on the myTarget advertising network.
