On April 4, the spring session of the WN Conference will be held in Germany's capital. It will feature a showcase of game projects. Currently, the organizers are collecting applications from teams.

To become an exhibitor at the WN Conference Berlin’25, you need to:

To increase your chances of approval, we recommend:

  • including as much information as possible in the application about the game you plan to showcase;
  • providing gameplay videos demonstrating the project's key features.

Priority is given to games in the beta stage, although applications with an alpha version are also accepted.

All showcase participants will receive a free ticket to the conference:

  • by default, the participant receives an ECONOMY PASS ticket;
  • if the participant brings another team to the exhibition, they get an upgrade to a PREMIUM PASS ticket (which includes access to the party).

Each showcase participant at the conference will have a separate spot — a place for a laptop/computer, access to electricity, and a sign with the team's name. The spots will be located in the expo area next to the sponsors' booths.

Students interested in game development who do not yet have their own project are also invited to participate — both as volunteers and as guests:

Besides the exhibition, the WN Conference Berlin’25 will host a raffle — a prize draw among participants. Prizes include:

  • PlayStation 5 Pro;
  • Nintendo Switch OLED;
  • Xbox Series X;
  • Meta Quest 3.

The raffle is sponsored by the marketing agency OHM.
