To work on the Puzzle Breakers project, the company is looking for an experienced manager who, together with the team, will form working groups, and will also help the managers of these groups to work correctly with deadlines and the team.
Responsibilities:
- managing a team of workgroup managers;
- description of the pipeline of groups and roles;
- participation in the creation of a product plan and its implementation: assessment of labor costs, identification of needs and provision of the project with everything necessary;
- prioritization of tasks and control of deadlines for the implementation of the product plan;
- feedback and assistance to managers in the framework of their organizational tasks.
Requirements:
- at least 5 years of experience in IT/Gamedev companies from 100 people in a similar position;
- experience in managing a management team (middle);
- availability of released projects (products) in the portfolio as a manager;
- experience in building and describing processes in product development;
- good theoretical base: knowledge of modern technologies, principles, methods, means and forms of management;
- structurality, the ability to present your thoughts and ideas in writing and orally.
Puzzle BreakersSenior Game Designer (Economics) at Lightmap (Remote Work)
Lightmap is a developer from Rostov—on-Don, known for the Pixel Gun 3d mobile shooter. Now Lightmap is looking for an experienced game designer with a good mathematical background and experience in operating released projects for the development of game economics and monetization of projects (pvp, f2p).
Responsibilities:
- collecting and analyzing game statistics in order to improve the main KPIs of the project;
- evaluating the effectiveness of mechanics and in-game events;
- formation and testing of hypotheses / identification of vulnerabilities in the game;
- A/B tests and analysis of results;
- elaboration and implementation of changes in the economy based on the results of statistical analysis;
- calculating game balance/economy for mechanics and in-game events;
- interaction with the analytics department and project developers.
Requirements:
- experience in operating released projects;
- deep understanding of the principles of game economy balance;
- knowledge of the principles and current trends of monetization of f2p projects;
- knowledge of probability theory and math. statistics;
- advanced ownership of Google Sheets;
- knowledge and understanding of the main KPIs of game projects;
- deep understanding of the psychology and behavior of the player.
Pixel Gun 3dC++ Programmer at SunStrike Studios (Saint Petersburg, Russia)
Responsibilities:
- porting large game projects to modern platforms;
- optimize game projects for weak hardware.
Requirements:
- has at least 3 years of C++ development experience, at least 1 year of game development experience;
- can work with graphics engines in C++, with OpenGL/DirectX and multithreaded applications.
