Novosibirsk studio Friday’s Games is known for such games as “Treasures of Montezuma 3”, “Natalie Brooks” and Gods& Glory. She is looking for an experienced marketer who will help with the promotion of her titles.
Responsibilities:
- development, planning and implementation of marketing campaigns;
- analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- publishing team management: hiring, motivation and employee development;
- purchase of traffic from various sources, analysis and optimization of traffic;
- control over the creation, testing and rotation of creatives;
- mobile advertising market monitoring and preparation of recommendations for advertising materials;
- negotiating with partners — search, selection, conclusion of deals.
Requirements:
- work experience in web marketing or related fields, as well as an understanding of the principles of the mobile market;
- experience in self-purchasing traffic;
- experience in game development;
- team management experience;
- good command of English;
- passion for mobile games.

Responsibilities:
- invent new games and develop existing ones;
- choose the most suitable genres for games depending on the brand;
- choose and work out game mechanics. Be ready both to design a game at the macro level (general structure, main gameplay, metagame) and to come up with a large number of mini-games;
- write and maintain documentation — concepts, visions, dizdoks, technical tasks;
- design game interfaces at the layout level;
- write game texts;
- monitor the market for the appearance of new products in the same niches;
- manage the project team — interact with artists and programmers, set tasks and monitor their implementation;
- interact with additional game designers and screenwriters;
- analyze project metrics and look for growth points;
- participate in recruiting specialists to complete the team;
- conduct initial testing of games.
Requirements:
- at least three years of experience in game design;
- experience in creating children’s games. A good understanding of the features of game development for children of different age groups: 3-5 years, 5-8 years, 8-12 years;
- availability of released games with your game design in mobile stores;
- ability to work with branded content;
- knowledge of existing genres and ways to monetize mobile projects, as well as understanding how to apply them in children’s projects;
- understanding for which age group which monetization works well;
- understanding the principles of UI/UX construction as applied to children’s projects;
- understanding the key metrics of a mobile gaming project;
- the ability to write detailed and understandable game documentation — concepts, design documents, technical tasks;
- familiarity with the market of children’s mobile applications and games, knowledge of the key players in it;
- the ability to lead a project team.

The Evrika Games mobile studio needs a tester who will be engaged in the development of the Word Line puzzle.
Responsibilities:
- conducting functional testing of a mobile game;
- participation in the release cycle of game updates: from the conclusion about the readiness of the release candidate to monitoring the metrics of the quality of the update in production;
- development of quality assurance tools together with the development team;
- participation in the establishment of testing processes in the team.
Requirements:
- experience in testing from a year;
- ability to analyze project documentation and make a test plan;
- experience working with bug- and task-tracking systems, as well as with version control systems.
