Responsibilities:

  • development of the existing art department team: building relationships, coordination, staff expansion;
  • planning of the required volume of work of the department, deadlines and budgets;
  • coordination and evaluation/adjustment of the work of the art department for compliance with technical requirements and quality;
  • building work with other functions: game design, marketing, programmers;
