- project development planning and development control (regarding game design).

To work on the match-3 Puzzle Breakers project, the company is looking for an experienced producer who understands the needs and preferences of a wide audience of mobile games and has good taste.
Responsibilities:
- filling the product plan;creating a vision based on game content (visual part);
- control and acceptance of the results of the team’s work;
- feedback and training of product leads.
- Requirements:
- work experience as a product producer for at least 3 years, the presence of released projects;experience in giving feedback and accepting the work of a full-cycle art team (2D, 3D, VFX artists and animators);
- a good sense of taste and indifference to the visual component of the project;
- excellent understanding of pop culture and the mobile games market;
- experience working with external and internal product risks.

Technical Artist at Melsoft Games (Minsk, Belarus)
Belarusian Melsoft Games is looking for a talented technical artist to work on a new project. The company has games such as Toy Defense, Family Island and My Café on its account.
Responsibilities:
- finding and creating solutions to visualization problems, writing shaders;production of assets for effects;
- integrating content into the game;
- setting up prefabs, connecting animations, particle systems;
- organizing content in a Unity project and maintaining order;
- optimization for mobile devices.
- Requirements:
- experience with Unity;experience with particle systems;
- application profiling experience;
- ownership of packages for creating 3D graphics (Maya, 3DS Max);
- understanding the full process of creating 3D objects in games;
- understanding of render technologies and shaders, experience in writing shaders;
- an understanding of git or svn and a willingness to dive into git.
