The company needs a backend developer who will help turn Minimum Viable Product into Maximum Viable Product (it is written in PHP for the back and in Bootstrap/JS/HTML/CSS for the front) and transfer it to a scalable stack.

Responsibilities:

  • development and layout of personal accounts, admin panels, dashboards and landing pages. Linking them with logic on the backend.

Requirements:

  • Golang knowledge;
  • experience using PostgreSQL;
  • experience with cloud services;
  • experience with highload projects: autoscaling and optimization for heavy loads;
  • experience working with SaaS products and advertising networks;
  • experience with any web framework (Bootstrap, Vue, React, Angular and others) and with the development of personal accounts, admin panels and dashboards;

Dankolab is an independent mobile studio, which accounts for such games as Interior Story and “TNTmania”. She is looking for a leading game designer.

Responsibilities:

  • together with the producer to determine the direction of the project development;
  • lead a team of game designers, plan and iterate their work, prioritize in accordance with the goals and deadlines of the project, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of their work;
  • interact with the development team;
  • manage game design at all stages of production — from concept to implementation;
  • work out game mechanics, make decisions on them;
  • work with technical documentation;
  • communicate to the whole team the goal and strategy of work within their competencies;
  • participate in the expansion and development of the team.

Requirements:

  • experience working on match-3 projects as a game designer or a leading game designer for at least two years;
  • experience of interaction with programmers, artists and other specialists in the team, setting tasks and quality control and deadlines;
  • great gaming experience, interest in casual games.

“TNTmania”Product Manager at Hypercell Games (Remote Work)

Hypercell Games studio is primarily known for such games as Sand Balls, Run n Gun and Garden Balls. Now she is looking for a product manager.

Responsibilities:

  • lead the project at all phases of its existence: from idea to prototype, from release to support;
  • define and maintain the vision of the project at all stages of the life cycle;
  • analyze the payback indicators of the project, put forward and test hypotheses for their improvement;
  • prioritize features from the backlog to maximize LTV and project scalability;
  • communicate priorities to the product team;
  • explore the market and competitors, analyze the behavior of the target audience;
  • to form a unified way of thinking in development teams.

Requirements:

  • experience in conducting mobile projects, on-site or in-house;
  • the ability to simply and clearly convey a thought to the team;
  • confident knowledge of game analytics;
  • ability to formulate and give constructive feedback;
  • an integrated approach to project development — product, market, marketing, operation.
