Monetization Manager, Wargaming (to the office in Minsk)
We are increasingly seeing how teams are looking for narrow-profile specialists. Not producers or game designers, but monetization or retention managers. Here’s how Wargaming, whose specialist will have to solve interesting tasks, including: checking monetization hypotheses, planning research, ordering research reports and competitive analysis.
The vacancy involves working in a Minsk office, but the company is interested in talented employees from all over the world, providing full support in moving.
Requirements:
- knowledge of the main business indicators of online projects (MAU, ARPPU, retention, and so on);
- understanding the principles of monetization of online projects;
- analytical skills, ability to structure information;
- excellent communication skills, ability to convince and work with objections;
- English language proficiency at Intermediate level and above;
- Excel skills;
- higher education (economics, statistics, marketing, sociology).
Additional advantages will be:
- knowledge of the mobile market of freeplay games;
- experience in developing and conducting monetization activities;
- knowledge of game mechanics and gaming experience in World of Tanks Blitz and other Wargaming products.
Analytical vacancies of the week:
Analytics Programmer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Playrix (any city)
Last week, Playrix celebrated its 13th anniversary. The company now has four large and successful projects in its portfolio. To process data from millions of users, the analytics team needs support. - Python development experience of at least 2 years;
- excellent knowledge of SQL;
- understanding the principles of relational and non-relational DBMS;
