The Belarusian company Melsoft is in search of the head of the economic analysis team for the Family Island project. The main tasks are team building, as well as control and improvement of the game economy.
Responsibilities:
- analyze and monitor the current state of the game’s economy;
- determine measures to change the economy and balance game values in the game, in order to achieve the necessary product KPIs;
- segment the audience, identify the main behavioral patterns;
- interact with other departments, give recommendations on game design, game balance and events;
- make requirements for the development of the necessary tools for work;
- form a game analytics team.
Requirements:
- work experience in a similar position from three years and above with confirmed cases of achievement of work results;
- deep understanding of the principles of game economics, monetization and user behavior in F2P games;
- higher education (applied mathematics/statistics, economics/finance, computer science, economics, social sciences);
- fluent conversational English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
- deep experience in big data analysis, building complex models;
- experience in forecasting and developing A/B tests;
- expert level of proficiency in Excel and SQL, statistical packages;
- strong communication skills;
- analytical mindset, ability to cope with multitasking;
- ability to formulate and give constructive feedback;
- the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them.

Monetization Producer in Playgendary (Remote Work)
Playgendary is a mobile developer whose monthly audience of games is 250 million people. Now the company is looking for a producer who will develop the direction of monetization.
Responsibilities:
- effectively develop the direction of monetization;
- to achieve the effectiveness of the direction (solutions are effective, and the results of monetization are transparent);
- produce solutions to monetization problems. To do this, provide resources, tools, control and guide the team;
- if necessary, independently work with data: analyze and interpret the results of the RC in order to understand the reasons for deviations from expectations; analyze the market (receive data, interpret and compare by key metrics);
- participate in the evaluation of the team (make instant feedback on work on specific tasks, regular feedback for evaluating employees).
Requirements:
- knowledge of the principles of optimizing the sale of traffic in the application;
- technical understanding of the principles of selling advertising traffic. Experience working with various mediators/advertising partners;
- understanding the deep principles of the algorithms of advertising networks;
- release management experience in monetization;
- experience with optimization tools: A/B testing, traffic segmentation, automation;
- understanding the principles of the full cycle of marketing analytics in the monetization and purchase of mobile applications;
- Business English at B2 level and above.
