Responsibilities:

  • formation of a product vision and product growth strategy;
  • supervising the implementation of the roadmap;
  • making key product decisions;
  • product team development;
  • analysis of product results;
  • formation of a holistic picture of the product, including data, marketing, production and community management.

Requirements:

  • the candidate has already worked as a leading game designer or producer on a successful frituplein project in the growth stage after the launch of two years or longer;
  • consciously wants to work with a mobile project;
  • immersed in the market of mobile free-play midcore RPGs and strategies and knows its key players;
  • is able to deeply analyze competitors and understands where and how to get the necessary data and how to interpret them;
  • understands the basic structure of mobile game marketing and how changes in the product can affect marketing;
  • knows how to work with analytics, is greedy for numbers and does not believe that “analytics are done by analysts”;
  • has experience in forming a strong product team: both on the part of people and on the part of processes;
  • speaking of processes: understands development processes well and can make effective product decisions;
  • is able to communicate his thoughts clearly, has a systematic mindset;

VFX Artist in Playrix (Remote Work)

Playrix, which is among the top 3 largest mobile game developers in the world, is looking for a VFX artist. You will have to create effects for the company’s titles, work in your own Playrix effects editor, constantly learn and share experiences with colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • development and visualization of in-game effects and graphic content for effects;
  • development of visual effects layouts and references;
  • integration of the developed effects optimized for mobile devices into the game;
  • participation in the development and development of an internal effects editor and other tools.

Requirements:

  • experience working on effects in the positions of VFX Artist, 2D Animator, Motion Designer or Technical Artist for more than a year;
  • confident command of Adobe Photoshop;
  • a good sense of dynamics, shape, color and composition;
