Art Director, Overmobile (Novosibirsk)
Novosibirsk studio for the development of mobile free-to-play games Overmobile is looking for an art director. He will be engaged in the search and creation of stylistics, concepts, sketches of interfaces for the company’s projects. The competence of the art director includes the control of all stages of the creation of game and related art (including animation), the timing and quality of its execution.
The company is considering candidates who are ready to move. Promises decent remuneration, additional compensation for vacation expenses and payment for sports.
Requirements:
Art education, knowledge of the fundamental elements of design: color theory, anatomy, drawing and painting
Experience is welcome:
- art department management;
- jobs in the gaming industry;

Marketing Analyst, Wargaming (Minsk)
The creator of the iconic World of Tanks project, Wargaming, opens up a cool career opportunity for a budding marketing analyst. The ideal candidate will be engaged in checking existing game integrations, logging, ROI models. Its functions will also include analysis of active UA and marketing campaigns, budget optimization, analysis of the game funnel and search for ways to optimize.
The vacancy involves working in the Minsk office of the company. The guys emphasize that Wargaming is a big international team for which there are no borders. They are interested in talented employees from all over the world and provide full support in moving, helping to adapt to a new city.
Requirements:
- experience working with mobile attribution platforms, marketing analytics and other applications;
- experience in the position of Marketing Analyst /Analyst for at least one year;
- experience working with Tableau or other BI systems;
- experience working with Excel or SQL;
- excellent analytical skills;
- fluency in English and Russian;
- willingness to work in a cross-functional team.
Additional advantages will be:

Game designer, Kefir! (Volgograd)
The Russian game developer “Kefir!”, the creator of such projects as Last Day on Earth, “Prison”, “Metro 2033”, went in search of a non-standard thinking game designer. A new specialist will work with the analytics of the application market, create a concept and setting of the game, study the economics of the project and gameplay, support development.
