Vector Games is a studio that is part of SberGames. Now she is engaged in a midcore MMORPG with Match-3 elements. The studio is looking for an experienced game designer to work on the project.

Responsibilities:

  • the full cycle of maintaining features from writing documentation to checking the results using analytics;
  • preparation of technical documentation, tutorial systems, analytics and editors;
  • development of a game monetization model. Introduction of promotions and special offers;
  • monitoring of innovations in projects of similar genres;
  • participation in the training of game designers (middle, junior).

Requirements:

  • at least two years of experience in a similar role;
  • knowledge of the basics of mathematical statistics;
  • extensive expertise in the market of free-play mobile games;
  • understanding the principles of calculating the combat balance in fritupley projects;
  • experience mentoring or leading a small team of game designers;
  • the ability to express your thoughts clearly and competently.

Narrative Designer in Playrix (Remote work)

Playrix is known for such mobile games as Homescapes, Gardenscapes, Fishdom and Township. She needs a narrative designer who will participate in the creation of scripts for both already released projects and novelties.

Responsibilities:

  • development of the general scenario part of the game;
  • writing dialogues and game texts;
  • elaboration of the plot and visual content of locations;
  • creating a high-quality gaming experience for players together with game designers.

Requirements:

  • experience in writing scripts, texts, dialogues;
  • work experience as a game designer or screenwriter for at least a year;
  • interest in games;
  • the desire to develop in the narrative direction of mobile games.

FishdomBrand Manager at GAMEPOSITIVE (Moscow, Russia)

GAMEPOSITIVE is a Moscow studio that previously worked under the name Sargos Games. She is in search of a brand manager who will be engaged in strategic marketing of the company’s games.

Responsibilities:

  • define goals and form a vision for the development of product marketing;
  • coordinate the work of teams to implement a marketing strategy;
  • evaluate the development potential of new and existing marketing directions from the point of view of business goals;
  • bring together people from different teams to work together on key growth points;
  • together with the teams, form criteria for achieving results, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing directions and monitor progress;
  • together with the product team, create goals for the product and its marketing;
  • be responsible for the final result.

Requirements:

  • experience in marketing mobile/social games or experience in the digital sphere in a leadership position;
  • confident expertise in UA or analytics;
  • understanding how marketing functions: what marketing goals are, what key functions marketing teams have and how these teams interact;
  • the experience of organizing colleagues into working groups that draw up a plan, act on it, adjust as necessary and achieve their goals;
  • the ability to distinguish between levels of detail and immersion, to see the general picture of the direction and not to dig into the details.
