Responsibilities:

  • working on a midcore shooter game;
  • writing technical and art-related technical specifications;
  • calculation of balance and economy, working with config files;
  • improving current mechanics;
  • creation of new promotions, events;
  • analyzing player feedback, working with statistics.

Requirements:

  • similar work experience from a year;
  • knowledge of mathematics sufficient to calculate the probability of a simple event or the effectiveness of a weapon/unit;
  • understanding the basics of mobile freeplay games;
  • attention to detail, perseverance and healthy perfectionism.

Infinity OpsProject Manager for Kefir Studio (Remote work)

Kefir is a Russian game studio known for such games as Last Day on Earth, Grim Soul, Prison, Metro 2033 and In the Trench. The company is in search of an experienced project manager.

Responsibilities:

  • SDLC support;
  • collection and formalization of requirements;
  • forming conclusions about expediency and risks;
  • maintaining project history;
  • analysis of existing project systems;
  • drafting proposals for improving work processes;
  • preparation of project documentation.

Requirements:

  • higher education (economics, IT, etc.);
  • understanding SDLC and agile development methodologies;
  • ability to clearly formulate thoughts and tasks;
  • work experience in a similar position.

Last Day on EarthLeading Level Artist/Leading Art Director for the AAA game in Mundfish (Moscow)

To work on Atomic Heart, a first-person adventure shooter set in an alternate universe during the heyday of the Soviet Union, requires a leading level artist. The project is being developed for PC, Xbox and PlayStation.

Requirements:

  • at least two years of experience in the position of an artist of different levels;
  • having a strong portfolio;
  • activity, responsibility, team spirit and leadership qualities;
  • a big plus will be the experience of working in managerial positions.
