His portfolio includes titles such as The Tribez, Airport City and Mystery Manor. The total audience of Game Insight games exceeds 350 million people. Now the company is looking for a leading marketer who can effectively attract users to new platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • manage the marketing team and manage all the processes of attracting players to the web platform: monitor advertising campaigns, evaluate their effectiveness, optimize with the help of a team of UAM specialists and keep reports;
  • work with a team of marketing creatives: conduct A/B testing, collect feedback and optimize creatives;
  • launch advertising campaigns;
  • launch and test landing pages to increase conversion;
  • interact with marketing partners in Russian and English;
  • work with analytics: form and test hypotheses, apply the results to attract users.

Requirements:

  • experience working with advertising networks, native and teaser advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, Taboola, Mgid, any affiliate networks);
  • knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager;
  • knowledge of English at the level not lower than upper-intermediate;
  • experience working with the promotion of large browser and PC games;
  • team management skills.

Airport CityVFX-Artist at Vector Games (Moscow, Russia)


Vector Games is a studio that is part of SberGames.

Now she is engaged in a midcore MMORPG with Match-3 elements. The studio is looking for an experienced VFX artist to work on the project.

Responsibilities:

  • create effects: both combat magic (core gameplay) and non-combat (interfaces, offers, levelups, etc.);
  • create textures, including animated and stylized;
  • create video prototypes to demonstrate how the effects will look in the game;
  • prepare effects for import into the project and optimize them;
  • interact with a team of animators, technical artists, programmers;
  • control the final implementation of VFX in the project.

Requirements:

  • experience in creating visual effects for at least two years;
  • confident ownership of Unity;
  • ownership of Adobe After Effects or a similar video editor;
  • good sense of timings, impact control, ability to convey dynamics;
  • deep understanding of the technical component of effects;
  • effects optimization skills, preferably for a mobile platform;
  • understanding the process and specifics of mobile game development;
  • passion for games, watching enough;
  • the presence of a portfolio.

Game designer in Deus Craft (Remote work)
Deus Craft is a developer of games for PC and mobile platforms, best known for Grand Hotel Mania.

The company needs a game designer.

Responsibilities:

  • creating concepts, designing and implementing features with content;
  • working with in-game analytics tools;
  • work in interdisciplinary groups consisting of animators, programmers and artists, in which you will need to guide colleagues and convey your vision;
  • maintaining documentation in Confluence, making articles using hypertext;
  • analysis of existing game systems and search for how they can be improved;
  • work with other game designers to solve complex problems and participate in a cross-review.

Requirements:

  • experience as a game designer of free-play casual games from a year;
  • great gaming experience in casual games;
  • the desire to create mobile games;
  • ability to work adequately with feedback and give it out, willingness to iterate and improve;
  • competent consistent writing and speech.
