Responsibilities:
- coordinating the creation of a roadmap for the development of the game;
- monitoring the implementation of the roadmap;
- distributed team management (artists, game designers, programmers, testers and others);
- coordination of teams at the planning, implementation and release stages;
- improvement of development processes and interaction of departments among themselves.
Requirements:
- more than three years of project management experience in game development;
- ability to build work processes;
- experience in managing multiple teams at the same time (organization of multi-threaded work of teams);
- the ability to clearly set goals and focus on the result.
The TribezGame Analyst at Hypercell Games (Remote work)
Hypercell Games mobile studio is known for the games Sand Balls, Garden Balls and Run&Gun.
She is in search of a game analyst.
Responsibilities:
- control over the main metrics and prompt response to their changes;
- search for project growth points;
- formulation of hypotheses for product improvement;
- writing technical tasks for conducting A/B tests, evaluating the results;
- analysis of new versions, tests and features;
- analysis of key indicators, project balance and user behavior;
- quality control of the collected data.
Requirements:
- experience as an analyst in the gaming industry for at least two years;
- confident SQL proficiency (ClickHouse);
- higher specialized education (mathematics and statistics);
- understanding the main metrics and their impact on the product;
- confident command of Python.
Garden BallsGame designer at Skytec Games (Remote work)
Skytec Games is a Novosibirsk studio, which accounts for such games as Grab and Run, Scary Mansion, Horrorfield and Mother Simulator.
To date, her projects have collected a total of over 115 million downloads. Now the company needs an experienced middle-level game designer who will join the work on the Card Heroes game.
Responsibilities:
- come up with new features and game mechanics;
- work out the game balance and economy;
- work on monetization;
- analyze in-game statistics and update results;
- design interfaces and think through ergonomics;
- write documentation, tasks for developers, concepts.
Requirements:
- rich gaming experience from mobile games to PC and console games, from fresh releases to “classics”;
- at least two years of experience as a game designer on midcore games or casual projects with advanced meta;
- good understanding of free-play monetization in mobile games;
- systems thinking;
- good mathematical base.
