Responsibilities:
- together with the game design department, conduct a full cycle of support for the development of new game mechanics, game cycles, new features, game events;
- explore the market, references, new trends in the industry;
- productively influence the growth of game indicators;
- form a product development plan, control priorities and focus on the key KPIs of the product;
- form concepts of new key features;
- control the quality of the product at all stages: from the idea to the support and improvement of features in updates;
- together with the project leaders, control the quality of UI, UX, art, animation, level design, etc.
Requirements:
- work experience as a producer for at least a year and as a game designer for at least two years;
- the presence of successful casual projects in the portfolio;
- understanding the mobile casual games market and trends in the development of this market;
- experience in decision-making based on game statistics analysis;
- experience in building processes in the game designers department;
- experience with UI and art;
- the ability to focus on the final result.

Responsibilities:
- inspire, develop and help expand the team;
- monitor the release of features and updates;
- together with the producers to form a vision for the development of the project;
- make sure that the new features correspond to the vision of the project development and do not violate the integrity of the game structure;
- build a team work process: distribute tasks, plan workload, give feedback;
- maintain up-to-date documentation and process standards.
Requirements:

The Moscow studio GAMEPOSITIVE is looking for a brand manager who will be engaged in strategic marketing of the Sargos Nebula adventure game. The game will be released on consoles and PC.
Responsibilities:
- define goals and form a vision for the development of product marketing;
- coordinate the work of teams to implement a marketing strategy;
- evaluate the development potential of new and existing marketing directions from the point of view of business goals;
- bring together people from different teams to work together on key growth points;
- together with the teams, form criteria for achieving results, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing directions and monitor progress;
- together with the product team, create goals for the product and its marketing;
- be responsible for the final result.
Requirements:
- experience in marketing mobile/social games or experience in the digital sphere in a leadership position;
- understanding how marketing functions: what marketing goals are, what key functions marketing teams have and how these teams interact;
- the experience of organizing colleagues into working groups that draw up a plan, act on it, adjust as necessary and achieve their goals;
- the ability to see the big picture of the direction and not dig into the details.
