- elaboration of the plot and visual content of locations: development of individual chapters of the story, directing scenes / commercials, creating unique characters;
- writing dialogues and game texts;
- creating a high-quality gaming experience together with game designers and other development departments.

Responsibilities:
- handle requests from players coming to the Zendesk support service, as well as help with solving technical issues in social networks;
- respond to player reviews on Google Play and App Store;
- compile and update articles, documents and knowledge bases of the support team;
- maintain regular reporting;
- interact with developers, testers and other teams;
- constantly study the game and updates.
Requirements:
- competent written and oral Russian;
- confident command of written English (Upper-Intermediate and higher);
- advanced software proficiency, general technical literacy;
- motivation to communicate with users, delve into their problems and help with the solution;
- self-discipline in the organization of their work and politeness in communicating with users;
- love of games and desire to work in game development.
