Responsibilities:

  • development and implementation of a strategy to attract users to the company’s mobile games;
  • analysis and reporting on key metrics of user engagement;
  • team management and development. Ensuring the work of the team according to the goals and objectives;
  • interaction with other departments to create high-quality advertising materials.

Requirements:

  • work experience in a similar position for at least three years. It is desirable that he was in the field of mobile games;
  • advanced skills in working with user engagement platforms: Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook (owned by Meta, a company banned in Russia).
  • understanding key metrics of user engagement: CPI, CAC, LTV, retention and others;
  • excellent analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data;
  • excellent communication skills and team management experience;

Playkot is a developer of mobile and browser games.

The company is known primarily for the projects SuperCity, Age of Magic and Spring Valley.

Now Playkot needs a product analyst, who will, among other things, deal with the development of the SuperCity urban planner. The game will soon turn 12 years old, and the analyst will need to find new growth points for it.

Responsibilities:

  • together with the product team, determine the criteria for the success of releases, predict the result and track indicators;
  • plan, conduct and evaluate the results of A/B tests, put forward your own hypotheses, engage in ad-hoc analytics and reports;
  • improve existing metrics and add new ones that will allow you to better understand the behavior of players and make product decisions;
  • configure dashboards to monitor key game indicators;
  • develop analytical infrastructure: tools, processes, techniques.

Requirements:

  • at least two years of experience in product analytics;
  • excellent knowledge of SQL: writing queries, understanding the principles of database organization;
  • knowledge of Python for data analysis and processing (Pandas, NumPy);
  • experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, PowerBI and others;
  • skills of working with quantitative information, knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
  • good communication skills, the ability to discuss the problem statement and present the results of the work;
  • systematic thinking, accuracy and curiosity;
  • product orientation, interest in games and the gaming industry.

WN Media Group is engaged in the development of the B2B ecosystem.

It includes business events WN Events, an online platform for events WN Hub, media App2Top and GameWorldObserver, as well as a job search service and recruitment agency Talents In Games.

The main focus of the company’s design department is the WN Events project, but the designers also perform the tasks of other WN Media Group brands. Now the department needs a specialist who can work quickly and without loss of quality.

Responsibilities:

  • development of design layouts of advertising and internal products based on the tasks set;
  • design-support of existing sites, as well as the development and launch of new ones;
  • development of graphical elements and interfaces for web platforms and applications;
  • prepress preparation of advertising and exhibition products;
  • checking layouts from partners for compliance with technical requirements;
  • installation of advertising and internal video materials;
  • creating animations and video creatives based on the tasks set;
  • interaction with internal customers: working with technical specifications, approval and making edits.

Requirements:

  • work experience of at least five years, including at least a year of prepress preparation;
  • portfolio availability;
  • excellent ownership:
    1. Adobe package (Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and After Effects) for creating promotional materials using infographics;
    2. Tilda, including Zero Block. Experience of integration with third-party services;
    3. Figma. It is important to be able to use plugins to optimize tasks;
  • application of cross-program interaction within software packages and platforms to optimize resources and improve quality;
  • knowledge of the basics of designing or UX/UI design interfaces;
  • basic understanding of HTML or CSS;
  • the level of English is not lower than Intermediate;
  • the ability to analyze the information received and work with deadlines. Structurality in the approach to the implementation of tasks;
  • we will be a plus: successful experience in prototyping and developing user interfaces of applications, experience in analyzing user behavior and optimizing interface solutions, experience in creating UI whales or design systems.
