We are publishing a new list with gaming vacancies. This week they are wanted: a data analyst at Dankolab, a UX designer at Funky Monkey Studio and a DevOps engineer at WN Media Group.

Marina LopatinaData Analyst in Dankolab (Remote work)
Dankolab is a studio that has been developing mobile games and applications for over 10 years.
She has more than 100 projects on iOS and Android, including Interior Story and “TNTmania”.
Responsibilities:
- collect and validate reports, find insights in data;
- configure dashboards to monitor key marketing indicators;
- participate in the development of the LTV model.
Requirements:
- good knowledge of SQL and Python;
- love of big data analytics;
- the experience of working with Tableau, as well as experience in game development, will be a plus.
Interior Story UX designer in Funky Monkey Studio (Remote work)
Funky Monkey Studio is a mobile game development studio that opened in 2017.
At the moment, she is developing two projects:
- Hattori: Battle Clash is an online PvP 3D MMORPG battle in a fantasy setting;
- “Monkeys” is a mix of match-3 and tetris. The meta of the game is tied to the customization of the character.
Responsibilities:
- market research and competitor analysis;
- development of layouts and prototypes;
- designing the flow of interaction with the interface and the flow of emotions;
- communication with the product owner, game designer and the rest of the development team;
- making recommendations for improving the interface and reasoning solutions;
- taking care of the proper course of the design process.
Requirements:
- at least two years of experience as a UX designer;
- availability of a portfolio with UI/UX works from game projects;
- knowledge of design tools (e.g. Figma and Sketch);
- analytical skills and the ability to draw clear conclusions from feedback;
- understanding and taking into account three points of vision in your work: user, business and development;
- passion for mobile games;
- very good communication skills.
DevOps Engineer at WN Media Group (Saint Petersburg, Russia)
Responsibilities:
- ensure monitoring and smooth operation of the company’s server infrastructure (Ubuntu);
- maintain and optimize the performance of information systems;
- promptly eliminate emerging problems;
- communicate with data center support if necessary;
- explore new technologies/practices (for example, configuring CI/CD in GitLab or testing programs on higher loads and ensuring their operation);
- help the development team implement new features and maintain the existing product infrastructure.
Requirements:
- work experience in a similar position for at least three years;
- excellent knowledge of Linux and experience in server administration, including virtual;
- proficiency in one of the scripting programming languages Python, Bash/sh;
- understanding the principles of creating fault-tolerant and scalable systems;
- basic knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol stack;
- extensive experience working with configuration tools and writing Ansible scripts;
- experience with Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Nginx, Bind and Bacula containerization;
- understanding the principles of operation and maintenance skills of MongoDB, MySQL;
- experience with Nagios/icinga monitoring system;
- knowledge of technical English (written).
