Daily Magic is a subsidiary of Playrix, which has been developing games since 2009. For about eight years she worked with the Hiddens under Big Fish. Later, the studio made VR games and visual novels, and now it is engaged in the development of top Playrix projects.
The Daily Magic team needs a leading game designer.
Responsibilities:
- maintaining a common vision of the released events in the team of game designers;
- development of new features and events for Homescapes;
- monitoring the implementation of features and events;
- close interaction with producers;
- communication with the development team;
- writing feedbacks for the released events.
Requirements:
- experience as a senior or leading game designer for at least two years;
- the experience of leading a team of game designers will be a plus;
- experience creating features, events, concepts, stories or games;
- excellent knowledge of gameplay, desire to work in the genre of Match-3 and meta and in casual style;
- knowledge of the basics of narrative and screenwriting will be a plus;
- excellent communication skills.
HomescapesLeading Product Manager at Evrika Games (Remote Work)
Evrika Games is a mobile studio known for the Word Line puzzle.
She is looking for a leading manager with a clear understanding of how mobile games are monetized and how their financial metrics can be influenced.
Responsibilities:
- analysis of the main product indicators and the dynamics of their changes;
- generating and testing hypotheses to improve product metrics;
- influence on product metrics by improving game content, coordination of a group of level designers creating game content for different languages;
- evaluating the effectiveness of current advertising formats and developing new ones, conducting experiments, working with the logic of advertising display;
- working with the MAX mediation system: setting up advertising waterfalls, A/B testing;
- communication with external partners and search for new advertising partners;
- traffic monitoring, preparation of reports, prompt response to emergency situations.
Requirements:
- experience in the position of mobile product manager or product manager;
- interest in data analysis, search for patterns of user behavior and trends;
- in-depth knowledge of methods and tools for monetization of mobile applications;
- experience with advertising monetization of mobile traffic: understanding the principles of mediation and advertising networks;
- knowledge of the main metrics and the reasons for their changes;
- understanding how marketing tools and mobile app stores work.
Word LineArt Director/3D Artist/art lead at Sigma (Moscow, Russia)
Sigma is an IT company that specializes in solutions for energy and housing and communal services.
Her game studio is currently developing a mobile isometric 3D action game in a cyberpunk setting. Sigma is looking for an experienced art director who is ready to join the game team.
Responsibilities:
- formation of the company’s art division;
- interaction with related departments;
- development of the visual style and concept of the game;
- creating sketches;
- content creation management — working with company employees, freelancers, contractors;
- quality control of art on the project, providing visual and text feedback to team members.
Requirements:
- work experience in a position with similar functionality for at least three years;
- good communication and organizational skills;
- ability to work in a team;
- understanding the pipelines of creating graphics in mobile games;
