Requirements:

  • experience as a producer or a leading game designer for more than three years;
  • understanding how the free-play games market works, knowledge of current gaming trends;
  • experience working with analytics, including user reviews;
  • experience with balance and game mechanics;
  • ability to set goals and focus on the result of work;
  • the ability to clearly formulate and express your thoughts.

Tasty WorldChief Monetization Manager at Dankolab (Remote work)


Dankolab is a studio that has been developing mobile games and applications for over 10 years.

She has more than 100 projects for iOS and Android on her account. The studio needs a chief monetization manager.

Responsibilities:

  • creating a system for evaluating the effectiveness of advertising monetization;
  • creation of a waterfall optimization algorithm and customization taking into account the specifics of different countries;
  • development of advertising monetization by the product;
  • mentoring of advertising monetization managers;
  • development of relations with partners.

Requirements:

  • relevant work experience of at least two years;
  • deep understanding of the principles of advertising mediation and individual advertising networks;
  • experience with advertising monetization from the product side (working with placements and types of advertising);
  • experience in leading and mentoring line specialists in monetization;
  • knowledge of English at Intermediate level and above;
  • experience in game development will be a plus.

Payler is a service provider that provides comprehensive solutions for the organization of secure payment acceptance by more than 40 payment methods.

Responsibilities:

  • search and attract new customers;
  • interaction with the customer at each stage of sales;
  • competitor analysis;
  • CRM management;
  • team formation and management.

Requirements:

  • more than four years of experience as a sales manager or business development manager with a focus on attracting new key customers;
  • a significant advantage will be the experience in attracting customers related to video games. Team management experience will also be a big plus;
  • full-cycle sales experience: from the first contact with the client to the closing of the transaction;
  • international sales experience. The experience in Europe is especially important;
  • good understanding of market trends;
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • ability to build a sales system from scratch;
  • knowledge of English at a free level.
