Data Engineer at Beresnev Games (Remote work)

Beresnev Games is an independent game studio located in the center of Prague. The company’s portfolio includes titles Race Master 3D, Gallery: Coloring Book & Decor, Flippy Knife, the total audience of which exceeds 100 million players. Now the company is looking for a data engineer to strengthen the team.

Responsibilities:

  • building new and optimizing existing ETL processes;
  • control of data collection, consistency, processing and aggregation;
  • development of infrastructure for solving problems of product analytics based on ClickHouse;
  • setting, prioritizing and meeting deadlines for the implementation of data analysis tasks;
  • search and implementation of new technologies and practices in the workflow.

Requirements:

  • confident ownership of ClickHouse;
  • Docker experience (build, deployment, orchestration);
  • experience with Airflow;
  • experience with AWS;
  • experience in developing loaded server solutions.

VIM Digital develops hyper-casual and hybrid mobile games.

She is looking for a game designer who is able to independently create and maintain a product at all stages of production: from the prototype to the release version.

Responsibilities:

  • generate new ideas and refine old ones;
  • develop game concepts, work out game mechanics;
  • create the necessary documentation to convey ideas to the team;
  • set tasks and control the process of project development and development from the point of view of game design;
  • work with the Unity engine (level design and setting parameters of objects on the stage);
  • develop the balance and economy of the game;
  • search for new interesting projects and explore the hyper-casual games market;
  • develop fast game prototypes and evaluate their viability.

Requirements:

  • at least three years of experience as a game designer;
  • confident knowledge of Unity;
  • creative thinking, the ability to create a variety of game concepts based on simple mechanics;
  • experience with Git;
  • understanding the hyper-casual and casual mobile games market;
  • ability to write technical tasks briefly and clearly;
  • understanding the main metrics and their impact on the product.

Game Analyst at Hypercell Games (Remote work)

Hypercell Games mobile studio is known for such games as Sand Balls, Garden Balls and Run&Gun.

Now she needs a game analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • control over the main metrics and prompt response to their changes;
  • search for project growth points;
  • formulation of hypotheses for product improvement;
  • writing technical tasks for conducting A/B tests, evaluating the results;
  • analysis of new versions of the project, tests and features;
  • analysis of key indicators, project balance and user behavior;
  • quality control of the collected data.

Requirements:

  • experience as an analyst in the gaming industry for at least two years;
  • confident command of SQL;
  • higher specialized education (mathematics and statistics);
  • understanding the main metrics and their impact on the product;
  • confident command of Python.
