Responsibilities:
- formation of a long-term marketing strategy in accordance with business requirements, including such areas as traffic procurement, creatives, analytics, setting KPIs for relevant departments;
- traffic payback assessment;
- control and mentoring of UA managers;
- search for new channels;
- reporting on key KPIs to the company’s management, coordination of plans for overall long-term work with traffic;
- close communication with the product team, joint search for growth points;
- Business Development.
Requirements:
- experience in the gaming industry;
- experience in performance marketing for at least four years;
- experience in testing, launching new projects from softlonch to global release, as well as scaling projects;
- experience of long-term project operation;
- advertising monetization experience;
- coordination of marketing decisions with product teams;
- understanding the technical work of advertising channels;
- high level of communication and other soft skills;

SIDUS HEROES is a studio that is working on a futuristic blockchain MMORPG of the same name about exploration and battles in space.
Responsibilities:
- competitive analysis of emerging creatives and practices, their subsequent adaptation to the product;
- creating technical tasks for graphic designers and video production for creatives (visual, text on visual);
- receiving creatives from designers;
- copyright for advertisements;
- weekly development and testing of hypotheses to attract traffic;
- development, coordination and protection of the marketing plan and KPI;
- determination of KPIs for advertising campaigns before launch;
- quality control of creative metrics;
- preparation of reports on marketing events and advertising campaigns;
- coordination of team and performers’ efforts;
- conducting research on your own audience;
- definition and segmentation of the target audience, allocation of budgets, setting tasks for the preparation and launch of advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
- experience in managing the creation of creatives for a game product and understanding the features of such content;
- understanding how to capture the audience’s attention. Successful cases in the portfolio;
- the skill of accurately forming the image of the target audience and identifying creatives for it;
- understanding and fluency in indicators such as CA, USP, CR, Retention, CTA, ROI, CTR, CPM, CPA, CPI, LTV, CPC, etc.;
- at least two years of experience in performing relevant tasks with good results;
- experience of interaction with cryptoservices such as lunchpads and exchanges. Experience in promoting NFT projects will be an advantage;
- knowledge of English will also be an advantage.
