Responsibilities:

• formation of a concept for the sound design of both the entire game and its specific elements;
• structuring and design of information about the sound in the game;
• production of reference sounds (in-house or outsourced);
• the formation of technical tasks, the issuance of feedback and the acceptance of work from outsourcing teams.

Requirements:

• independent work experience;
• experience working with refs and a positive attitude to this approach;
• experience working with mobile projects, understanding the specifics of creating and using sounds for such projects;

WazzApps is a Novosibirsk—based mobile developer whose portfolio includes games such as Human Evolution, TapTower, Idle Streamer and Idle Beauty Salon. Now the company needs a project manager.

Responsibilities:

• define and coordinate criteria for the readiness of project tasks with stakeholders, as well as analyze their requirements;
• plan project stages, estimate deadlines, decompose tasks and monitor the timeliness and quality of their implementation;
• to ensure the achievement of the project result by solving all the problems that arise in the process;
• take part in making key decisions on the project;
• identify and manage risks in the project;
• configure and improve processes, implement changes, scale them to the whole company;
• manage the team, motivate it and develop it.

Requirements:

• work experience as a project manager in the field of IT for at least one year;
• knowledge of basic project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Kanban) and the ability to apply them;
• ability to form a technical task for the development team (GD, ART, DEV, UI/UX) and maintain project documentation;
• ability to negotiate, present and explain;

The IT company WN Media Group organizes conferences and develops services focused on gaming companies. In addition, the company develops its own media. One of them is a Russian—language business publication App2Top.ru , which highlights the business side of game development.

Responsibilities:

1. Support of paid publications:

• discussion with the sales department of publications offered by advertisers (to accept or not);
• discussion with advertisers of publication formats (including selection/inventing topics for paid publications).

2. Writing and editing materials based on the advertiser’s wishes, taking into account the editorial policy:

• writing questions for paid interviews;
• working out the structure of paid materials;
• editing of incoming advertising materials in accordance with the editorial policy;
• verification of advertising texts at the level of facts and logic;
• style editing;
• sometimes you will have to rewrite the material from and to.

3. Publication of materials:

• publication of advertising texts on the website;
• publication of advertising creatives (all banner ads on the site).

Requirements:

• English language proficiency at the Upper intermediate level;
• good knowledge of grammar and rules of the Russian language;
• work experience in a commercial publication (preferably in gaming or business journalism);
• interest in the gaming industry (who makes games and how, on what principle does the gaming market live, what are the leaders) and willingness to dive into this topic;
• understanding the theory and principles of editing;
• the ability to find an approach to any advertiser or client and to defend your point of view in a reasoned manner;
• responsible attitude to their tasks, the ability to work quickly and accurately with large amounts of information, as well as the desire to develop and learn new things;
• calm attitude to edits and the ability to write questions and materials on the brief.
