The total audience for the Cities: Skylines game series has exceeded 45 million people

Yesterday marked the 10th anniversary of the first part of the city-building simulator Cities: Skylines: it was released on March 10, 2015. In celebration, Paradox Interactive announced that over 45 million people have played the duology.

Colossal Order studio and publisher Paradox Interactive shared the success of the urban strategy on the official Twitter of the game. Cities: Skylines took seven years to reach this mark.
