Activision Blizzard could not prevent the Diablo IV testers from voting for the creation of a trade union

The US National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has rejected Activision Blizzard‘s request to hold a new vote at Blizzard Albany. The company wanted all 107 studio employees to participate in it, not just 18 testers.
