Ubisoft shares have declined again. On the afternoon of April 4, their value dropped to 8.86 euros per share, marking the worst result in nearly 12 years.

Ubisoft is not forthcoming with its investors, according to the CEO of AJ Investments, an investment fund that holds less than 1% of the company’s shares. Specifically, it allegedly conceals information about strategically important decisions.

Two weeks ago, the investment fund AJ Investments expressed a lack of confidence in Ubisoft’s management and demanded radical changes — from the resignation of CEO Yves Guillemot to the sale of the company. In a statement to Reuters, the fund’s representatives stated that they have garnered the support of 10% of Ubisoft’s shareholders.
