Two weeks have passed since the global release of Zenless Zone Zero. Using the analytical service AppMagic, we looked at the performance of miHoYo's new mobile version during this period.

Zenless Zone Zero

  • According to AppMagic, the mobile revenue from IAP for the game from July 4-18 amounted to $41.58 million. Recall that the service shows revenues after app store fees and taxes.
  • Zenless Zone Zero generated significantly less than its predecessors. Genshin Impact earned $87.4 million on mobile devices in the first two weeks, and Honkai: Star Rail — $102.3 million.
  • Zenless Zone Zero made the most money in China ($18.7 million), Japan ($11.5 million), and the USA ($3.5 million).
  • In two weeks, the mobile version of Zenless Zone Zero was downloaded 7.85 million times. For comparison: during the same period, Genshin Impact had 15.4 million downloads, and Honkai: Star Rail had 11.5 million downloads.
  • The main markets for downloads were also China (2.3 million), Japan (1 million), and the USA (999 thousand).
