Since July 1, the new owner of Wargaming assets in Belarus (Game Stream LLC) and in Russia (Lesta LLC) has now become the former CEO of the latter.

The situation is as follows:
▫️The Cyprus Wargaming Group withdrew from the ownership of Game Stream and Lesta;
▫️91.84% of shares in “Game Stream” now belong to Khatazhaev;
▫️Khatazhayev himself resigned from the post of General Director of Lesta;
▫️but he received 100% in “Lest” from the Wargaming Group.
Wargaming Group managed to avoid the resolution of the Belarusian Council of Ministers No. 436, according to which foreign shareholders are prohibited from alienating their shares in Belarusian companies.
