The Wargaming gaming company paid taxes in the amount of €2.9 million to the Lithuanian treasury in July-September, and the number of its team in the country doubled in March-October.
This is reported by dev.by , who went through the data of the State Tax Inspectorate under the Lithuanian Ministry of Finance. According to the latter:
▫️deductions for the third quarter are 2.5 times more than the company’s deductions for the first and second quarters combined;
▫️In total, in January-September, Wargaming paid taxes to Lithuania in the amount of €5.2 million (this makes it one of the largest tax IT residents of the country after EPAM and Western Union);
▫️989 people work in the Lithuanian office of Wargaming (growth more than doubled when compared with February);
▫️the average monthly salary in Lithuanian Wargaming is €5,700 (excluding taxes and other deductions).
