Skillz has sued the French publisher Voodoo. The company claims that Voodoo uses bots in games such as Blitz — Win Cash to manipulate match outcomes where users place monetary bets.

Blitz — Win Cash

In its claim, Skillz noted that Voodoo conceals the use of bots and tells players that they are competing only against live opponents. According to the company, Voodoo's actions have led to potential client losses and reduced market share that could have been higher.

Skillz demands that Voodoo compensates it for the damages and stops misleading players.

Earlier, Skillz won a similar case against AviaGames. The court awarded it $42.9 million in damages.
