The French company Voodoo said that the purchase of Tarboosh Games will diversify the portfolio by adding more hybrid-casual mobile games to it. The size and terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Voodoo and Tarboosh Games have already worked together. For example, Voodoo has published Bikes Hill, Rope vs Ball, Human Can Fly and a number of other studio games.
