As of the time of writing, Tiny Glade's rating on Steam has settled at an "overwhelmingly positive" mark. The game received over 2,000 reviews, 96% of which were favorable. Gamers appreciated the project's relaxing atmosphere, pleasant graphics, the absence of resource-finding turmoil, and simple gameplay. Many specifically praised the intelligent editor that automatically adjusts the castle's structure in response to environmental changes (for instance, an arch will appear in the castle wall if a road is built through the building).

According to SteamDB, shortly after its release, Tiny Glade's online presence on Steam reached 10,692 players.
