The Swedish holding company Thunderful Group has become the owner of another game development studio. Through his subsidiary Headup, he acquired the German Studio Fizbin.
The transaction amount is unknown. It is reported that Studio Fizbin will retain creative freedom, but all IP belonging to it will now be the property of the holding.
