The regulator plans to take up changing the rules regarding the publication of positive paid reviews online. He wants to tighten them up.

The FTC is currently working on guidelines that will allow it to “crack down” on fake reviews and “other forms of misleading marketing.”

We are talking about content whose authors (primarily about influencers) concealed or did not indicate that they were paid for publishing a post (including on a particular social network) or a video.
