On April 17, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation again included UNIGINE in the register of domestic software. The engine has been missing from the list since the end of February.

In a comment to the Kommersant newspaper, a representative of UNIGINE said that the developers had to make a number of changes to the engine because it did not meet the new requirements of the registry. In particular, the company has added a Russian-language interface.

Currently, UNIGINE is the only game engine in the registry. It is expected that later there will also be a Nau Engine, which is due to be released next year.
