Under the terms of the deal, Cualit will change its name to The Sandbox Uruguay and will support “critical” tools and infrastructure for the company. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
The Sandbox expects that with the help of the new studio it will be able to strengthen its position in the Latin American market and scale its blockchain metaverse platform faster.
