On the evening of July 31, a fundraising campaign for the Ratatan rhythm game, a new project from the authors of Patapon, began on Kickstarter. It was funded very quickly. The game reached the starting goal in 47 minutes.
The minimum amount that Ratata Arts studio expected to attract was ¥20 million or $140.18 thousand. By the time the news was written, Ratatan’s authors had raised more than 47 million ($334.6 thousand). As soon as the amount exceeds 50 million rubles, the second goal of the campaign will be achieved. If successful, the developers promise to make a multiplayer mode.
If Ratata Arts manages to attract over 75 million ($527.9 thousand) from gamers, the game will be released on all “modern consoles”: Xbox Series X, PS5 and Nintendo Switch.
It is planned that the Ratatan crowdfunding campaign will last until September 1.
