The Polish publisher All in! Games aims to increase its financial value. The company does not rule out the possibility of engaging in mergers and acquisitions to achieve this.

All in! Games mentioned these plans in a note to investors. The company explained that it is currently exploring various strategic options for further business development, with acquiring studios being just one. For example, the company is also considering attracting investments and reorganizing.

In the near future, All in! Games plans to start negotiations with potential partners. It did not specify who might be included among them.

All in! Games stated that it decided to seek new growth avenues after evaluating the current state of affairs within the company and its existing subsidiaries. One catalyst for this decision was the situation at Ironbird Creations, a studio developing the hack-and-slash platformer Phantom Hellcat. While the publisher did not share more details, it reported in the first quarter of 2026 that it was satisfied with the progress on Phantom Hellcat and hoped for an imminent release. Meanwhile, things are not going as well for All in! Games overall—as of the quarter's end, its net losses amounted to 232,000 złoty ($61,000) with revenue reaching 111,700 złoty ($29,300).

All in! Games was founded in 2018 and has since published several dozen games, including Chernobylite, Metamorphosis, and Ghostrunner. Eventually, it sold the rights to the latter to 505 Games. Besides Ironbird Creations, the company includes two additional studios: Taming Chaos and Happy Little Moments.
