The company did not traditionally share a breakdown of wishlists by platform, but it seems that Steam users are the most active in adding the game to their wishlist. At the time of writing, Resident Evil Veronica ranks eighth in the list of the most anticipated games on Steam, positioned between Total War: WARHAMMER 40,000 and Witchbrook.
Resident Evil Veronica is a remake of Resident Evil Code: Veronica, which was released in 2000. As promised by Capcom, the reimagined game will retain the spirit of the original while featuring updated gameplay and graphics.
The exact release date of the new version has not been announced yet. It is only known that Resident Evil Veronica will be released during 2027 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch 2.
