The companies announced that on December 1, 2023, they will stop selling in-game content, and on January 31, 2024, they will close online servers. Access to offline mode will remain.

▪️Playtika has completed the purchase of the Israeli mobile studio Innplay Labs, which developed a game in the genre of social casino Animals & Coins. Under the terms of the deal, the maximum amount that the studio will be able to receive is $ 300 million. Playtika has already paid $80 million, and will transfer the rest if Innplay Labs reaches the required indicators.
