A few days after the release of the game, Starbreeze CEO Tobias Sjögren published a statement on X (Twitter) in which he apologized to the audience and promised to put the game in order. “We are very sorry that the infrastructure is not working as we expected. Although it is impossible to prepare for all scenarios, we had to show ourselves better. We will continue to work hard to restore all services so that gamers can return to the robberies,” Siegren wrote. The Chinese police arrested ten people involved in the development and distribution of cheats for Valorant.
